Tooling large parts with CMZ CNC lathes
TD Z2200 and TD Z3200 CNC lathes have been specially designed for high speed and the machining of large pieces. Big does not mean slow and TD series endorses it:
- Turret with a built-in motor with 12.000 rpm.
- Double pneumatic spindle chucks with an inner through hole of Ø 192.
- Turret cooled with oil.
- Prismatic guide ways.
- Integrated spindles.
- Oil-cooled ballscrew nuts.
- Laser compensation in all axis.
TD Z800 allows Gantry robots. CMZ have developed a conversational programming system that makes it very easy to set and use the GL20 II and GL6 Gantry robots.
