We are Estibalitz, Elena, Amaia, Edurne, Manuel, Javi, Imanol, Julen, Rafa y Jon apart from our suppliers and partners.

We are specialists in manufacturing lines for processing coils of sheet metal. We manufacture cut-to-length lines, slitting lines, combined cutting lines (slitting and cut-to- lengt), press feeding lines. Uncoilers, coil cars, straighteners, planers, shears, strip recoilers, special lines according to the customer needs, etc.

WHO ARE WE WORKING FOR?

We work for companies that manufacture their own products, such as metal furniture, industrial refrigeration, prefabricated metal, manufacturing canned goods, electrical cabinets and kitchen furniture, etc.

We also work for service centers and companies that provide cut sheets to other companies.

We collaborate with companies of stamping and roll forming as well.

WHAT IS THE RANGE OF MATERIALS WE USE?

As for cutting lines we center our attention on thin materials and mild steel from 0.4 to 4.0 mm thick and from 800 to 1.500 mm width and coils from 4.000 to 20.000 kg load.

We use different types of materials: aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, pre- painted or pre-coated steel, copper, brass, with steel fiber, etc.

As for press feeding lines we pay our attention to materials from 0.4 to 8.0 mm thick and from 800 to 1.500 mm width and coils from 4.000 to 20.000 kg load. Any type of material can be used.
