In the SC plane surface grinders the vertical axis is precisely controlled by the CNC and the transverse axis is managed in open loop.
The machine is able to store and execute one cycle at a time and this cycle must be edited each time the customer wants to grind a new different job
There are multiple dressing possibilities with automatic wheel diameter compensation and different parameters can be programmed for roughing and for finishing either for grinding as for dressing what assures getting always excellent results.
The machine capacities available go from 400x200 mm up to 1000x500 mm.
