Destacker 3-Axis Transfer Stamping Line
The destacker 3-axis transfer stamping line integrates high-precision adaptive positioning technology. It automatically identifies and memorizes parameters of material stacks of different shapes through bilateral stack positioners and rotary encoders. Combined with a magnetic sheet separator and a linkage mechanism of vacuum suction cups and cylinders, it achieves high-speed gripping, double-sheet detection, and dynamic anti-tipping of material sheets. The upper and lower belt mechanisms are equipped with multi-point tapping devices to precisely solve the centering and positioning challenges of irregular and double-piece material sheets. It completes sheet separation, suction, transfer, and step distance adjustment in a fully automated manner, featuring high efficiency, stability, and flexible adaptability, significantly reducing manual dependency and being suitable for complex destacking in multiple industries.
