New Linux operation system on controller
The new GenOS developed by CHMER is a real time and based on Linux operation system to meet the requirements of simultaneous multiple axes motion control and support database, FTP server, OPC UA server, remote desktop, etc. it enables the big data collection, equipment networking and smart machinery and is easy to integrate machine information into the MES system.
New I series controller
The new I series controller is equipped with 19” touch screen and mouse with optional RFID reader or barcode reader. The computing performance improves 90% by using Intel 4-core, 2GHz CPU. It supports dual operation systems, i.e. GenOS and DOS. Compared with the previous one, the power consumption reduces 55%; the size reduces 67%, and the weight reduces 70%.
