KTECH 502 - On show
KTECH Series (KTECH 502 and KTECH 652) is a range of automatic double column bandsaws suitable for cutting from + 60° to -60°. The solution is dedicated to steel works factories and steel dealers an easy to use, technologically advanced, reliable tool for their production cycles.
- Sawframe descent with brushless motor and ballscrew;
- Mobile blade guide controlled axes with auto-adjusting position based on material size;
- Unloading device controlled axes with auto-adjusting position based on cutting angles;
- Automatic cutting parameters with internal material library;
Programming
The operator selects the bar shape (H-beams, round-square-rectangular tubes, solids) and materials type (by the internal library) then sets cutting angles and lengths by the 10" touch screen interface: the machine will automatically calculate the best parameters for each process.
During sawframe descent the machine automatically adjusts the cutting speed based on which section is being processed: speed increases on the vertical parts while it decreases when cutting the central core (beams) or the horizonal side of a square tube (parallel to the plate).
