For complex components between 1g and 1,5kg.
Two opposed ultrasonic horns installed in the process water basin enable the machining of complex components with different horns in one set-up.
The machine enables unmanned production with up to 6 automatic treys. We offer various options for our A25, such as
- a air spindle,
- a motor spindle in a robot compensation joint,
- a chip extraction system,
- parts drying,
- div. options for parts feeding, such as drawers with load carriers or conveyor belts
- a deepened water basin for long components and
- water treatment systems.
