Hosted Buyers’ Programme

Welcome to the Hosted Buyers’ Programme of the 32^nd edition of BIEMH, the International Machine-Tool Exhibition, co-organised by BEC – Bilbao Exhibition Centre and AFM – Advanced Manufacturing Technologies, which will be held on 3-7 June 2024, in Bilbao (Spain).

Here below you will find the terms and conditions of the programme.

1. The acceptance of the applications to the Hosted Buyers’ Programme will be subject to evaluation according to the criteria set out by the organization.
2. The invitation is non-transferable. In the case you would like to suggest a change of person, it should be notified to the organization and approved by BEC.
3. Participants in the programme will obtain the following benefits:
   • 1, 2 or 3 three nights’ accommodation, between the 3^rd and 7^th
     The number of nights and dates depends on the country of origin, and will be set by the organisers.
   • Exclusive presentation and social events
     On your arrival, you will be given a presentation on the event and the sector in Spain. You will also be invited to take part in activities and social events that you should not miss during the show.
   • Access to the VIP lounge
     An exclusive area where you can relax or organise private meetings; with free wifi, press and soft-drinks.
   • VIP badge
     We will have your badge ready and hand it over to you during the exclusive welcome presentation.
