Cut To Length Production Line
This production line is equipped with precision leveling and servo-tracking shear functions to ensure that the finished products have accurate dimensions and flat surfaces. It is used to cut the fixed length of the plate measured by the NC sizing machine. The shearing machine can move forward and backward, and the moving distance is 1000mm. The shearing speed is fast, which can significantly improves production efficiency. When cutting plates of different thicknesses, the gap between the shear blades can be adjusted manually.
