Pretreatment of bonding surfaces - WEICON Activating Cleaner - Azokan
For optimal preparation of surfaces to be bonded, Weicon from Münster has developed a special spray that combines cleaning and bonding agent in one product – Weicon Activating Cleaner.
Activating Cleaner
This is a combination of universal cleaner and activator in one product. The spray was specially developed for the pretreatment of smooth surfaces, such as stainless steel, glass or plastics.
It is used for an optimum preparation of non-absorbent surfaces. Cleaning and activation of non-porous substrates is carried out in just one step. The spray can in some cases significantly improve the adhesive strength of the adhesive used.
For industrial series production
The Activating Cleaner spray has a short flash-off time and can be applied quickly and easily. This makes it ideal for use in industrial series production with short cycle times or for bonding applications that have to be carried out at short notice.
The spray can be used, for example, in metal construction or in areas where plastic surfaces are to be bonded. However, it is also suitable for many other industrial areas in which smooth surfaces are bonded together.
