Every year, WORKinn coincides with another major industrial event, which ensures that the synergies generated are highly beneficial for the participants. This time it does so with BIEMH – International Machine Tool Biennial, which is among the most important advanced manufacturing fairs in Europe.
Professionals hoping to improve their employment situation, or unemployed people seeking new opportunities, are some of the outstanding profiles that are attending WORKinn. Hundreds of CVs have been submitted and received during the job fair. Some of them will result in a job offer; and with good reason: at the last edition, two hundred job offers were made. Besides the exhibition area, there are also interviews and meetings. At these meetings, attendees learn first-hand about the current state of the job market and the formulas best suited to their training and experience to gain access to it or to improve their position.
Industry 4.0 needs to recruit talent to generate added value and maximise the potential of new technologies.
